THE LAND
The land will also be growing a Pomegrante orchard in conjunction with the home. This requires a certain type of climate and soil. The land needs to be dry and hot in the summer, very cold in the winter.
The trees need these certain conditions for the fruit to be as delicious as they can be.
The house design is adaptable so as long as the land is right for the trees the homes can be built.
FINANCE MODEL
This dream is about freedom, so getting into crazy amounts of debt
won't achieve the dream.
I have designed the house plans with a goal to build it for less than $145,000
These are not tiny homes.
They are 2 bedroom
small homes.
In total for the land and home my goal total spend is $225,000
THE DESIGN
Cost efficient design is expansive. It requires you to see and understand the key elements of a home and reimagine what they could possibly look like.
Clear budgeting and a comprehensive understanding of all expenditure keeps the goal possible.
This design is for a small 2 bedroom home that will bring to life the dream of living beautifully while being debt free.
